First, it was the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) expansion of it’s national “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign to hundreds of Walmart stores across the country. Creating a new partnership between the DHS and Walmart to help the American public with education materials and outreach tools designed to help America’s businesses, communities and citizens remain vigilant and play an active role in keeping the country safe.

Now its Mobile Guard Towers which seems a bit like over kill if you take in consideration that every Walmart has at least 25 cameras outside recording, simultaneously all day everyday, from every angle.
